Internal Affairs Investigations
The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) standards require an
annual statistical summary of Internal Affairs Investigations. CALEA and ECDC policy also require that
an annual statistical summary be provided to the public and ECDC employees.
Disposition Key:
Sustained - The employee committed all or part of the alleged misconduct.
Not Sustained - Insufficient information to clearly prove or disprove the allegation.
Unfounded - The act and/or allegation did not occur.
Exonerated - The act occurred but was legal, just and proper.
