9-1-1 Citizen Survey Results
The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) require that ECDC provide statistical results of our 9-1-1 Survey. This survey is part of our Quality Assurance research effort to rate the level of services ECDC provides to our communities.
The questions on the survey relate only to the callers experience with the 9-1-1 dispatcher who handled their call. The following statistics are a result as of May 31, 2022.
